Container Type Sludge Low Temperature Dryer
Similar to an oven. Wet sludge filled in a hopper is the stuff to be "baked". PLC control with touch screen makes the operation extremely simple. Integral design makes its installation very easy and footprint quite small. Enclosed design prevents any heat loss and odor escaping.

83%-40% before drying;
40% -10% adjustable after drying

It is especially suitable for further weight reduction of existing sludge cake, either as a top up of existing process or a part of new facility. Suitable for drying small amount of inorganic sludge produced from various industries.
At present, there are 5 models of container type sludge dryer, i.e., PBS300/600/1200/2400/4800, which is able to dry respectively 300 kg, 600 kg, 1.2 tons, 2.4 tons and 4.8 tons of standard wet slduge per day . Standard wet sludge refers to sludge with moisture content of 80% to be dried to solid with moisture content of 40% .
